It was fantastic. I think it was a really calming experience. I’ve been dealing with a lot of stress lately. I brought my partner and it brought me closer to her and gave me a great chance to get closer to her and feel her energy and what she needs, and I think it brought us closer together​.

What I liked as well is that these were not difficult techniques. These are things we would do normally I guess, but then she just kind of taught us how to do them better. And, other things as well that are not difficult to do, which is nice. So it’s not like I’m gonna go home and forget instantly. These are things I can implement straightaway without needing a big table or equipment.

Zach - It was very non-threatening, encouraging, very supportive. I feel like I have have some tools that I am excited to put to use. I really enjoyed it. Nikki: I had forgotten how my emotional state is directly connected to my physical state.
